Firesheep Sniffs Out Facebook and Other User Credentials
Im using windows 7. Downloaded firefox 3.6.18 and latest winpcap. The firesheep doesn’t detect any sites when capturing starts. Did the same procedure with my mac and works ok. So is firesheep just not compatible for win 7? Firesheep currently has handlers for about 25 different websites. By writing a short handler similar to the above, new websites can easily be hacked (if their cookie is accessible).
