Dec 18, 2019 · Netflix not working - Can't connect to Netflix or the app is missing. Sound - Can't hear sound , or the sound quality is poor when watching videos. Image - There is no picture, or the image quality is bad when watching videos. I can't connect with netflix website "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" is what comes up every time.
